So we've tried the 2GR Wagyu Beef and we like like it.. We like it a lot! The standards of this beef is superior and for sure, amongst some of the Best Beef in the World. Having sampled the lower mid and high end grades I can only say "nothing disappoints". The Picanha we have here are whole muscle joints, of extremely good quality and provide the most incredible marbling. Make no mistake, these are very special indeed.
