These huge Chuleton Rib Steaks are cut from the Dry Aged Loins of 8-12 year old Spanish Galician Cows. The Steak is taken from the Rib where the eye muscle consists of the Ribeye Steak. Prepared as they would be served in rural Spain without further trimming, leaving all the bone and gristle attached to this rustic steak which only adds to the deep flavours we get from such beef. This a real Steak connoisseurs choice where one can appreciate the different muscle formations and resulting textures.
