Now these are cracking little Tri Tips of excellent Quality, Grass fed Angus and Hereford beef from Rioplatense, Argentina. Yes we hear a lot of disrespect for South American beef but we keep a look out for those pockets of high class producers like these from around the world where the heritage bloodlines can be traced right back to Scotland and sometimes quite literally to our neighbours. This small shipment of Tri Tips really are very good and eat fantastically well so they’re a great introduction product and excellent value.
