We’ve only got a few of these as they mostly snapped up by one customers who requested a taste of home! The Westholme Wagyu Sirloin Steaks were sourced with these ones being graded BMS 4-5 which some would say is at the lower end of the scale in quality, but believe me “These are by no means the lower end of any scale when it comes to the Wagyu experience” The marbling is still very evident and the eating qualities are just amazing! The steaks are all cut between 1-1.25 inch thick which is ideal for cooking. As the animals tend to be quite large, this thickness gives us a heavier steak than usual which also makes them ideal for sharing. Wagyu is rich – the higher the BMS the less you generally want to eat so sharing really is the right thing to do and an enjoyable way to experience some of the finest beef in the world.
