We call these steaks the Kansas City Steak for some reason? Basically they're a centre cut bone-in Sirloin Steak and one of our most popular cuts. The loins from this Australian grain fed Wingham Reserve beef were perfect for these and I can confirm they're very good indeed. To be fair, we've use Wingham Reserve beef for many years now for our Smoking Briskets to which they've never failed us so this comes as no surprise!
