Picanha of Scottish Beef

Description

Scottish Beef Picanha. All grass fed beef and great value, we’ve cooked up a few of these now and found them to be pretty good. Not any huge amount of marbling but that’s what you get with Scottish Beef, generally lean muscle but wonderful flavour. Like most Steak cuts, these lend themselves to a quick cook, keeping it rare for best results.
