The Heart of Rump is supplied to us as whole cuts, as we sell here from our trusted suppliers at ProViande, Holland. The veal is of super quality and certified to recognised ‘Better Leven’ welfare standards.

The Heart of Rump is ideal for steaking into Escalopes, thicker steaks or roasting whole. The meat itself is very lean other than a layer of external fat on some of the pieces making it an ideal product for the health conscious.
