Sirloin Roast (Bone in)
Dry Aged Perfection
A delicious Sirloin Roast which we've left on the bone to ensure maximum flavour. Dry aged on the bone for around 28 days until we know the beef has reached it's absolute prime, producing a tremendous roast with incredible eating qualities.
If you have any leftovers, then use them for a fantastic pot of stovies (a great Scottish dish) or they are equally delicious cold in sandwiches or with a salad.
