These steaks carry the coveted Specially Selected Scotch Beef PGI status, guaranteeing quality, provenance, and full traceability from farm to plate. The beef is generally sourced from smaller, heritage-type cattle, traditionally grass fed and carefully finished to meet the highest UK standards.
