We all love a nice Bavette steak — full of character, rich in flavour, and perfect for high-heat cooking. Now we’re proud to introduce something new to try: our Bennachie Bavette, sourced from the prestigious Scotch Beef PGI range.

These steaks carry the coveted Specially Selected Scotch Beef PGI status, guaranteeing quality, provenance, and full traceability from farm to plate. The beef is generally sourced from smaller, heritage-type cattle, traditionally grass fed and carefully finished to meet the highest UK standards.
