Our Chicken Fillets are packed as 2 x 200g fillets per pack, offering a convenient, versatile option for everyday cooking. These are good quality EU Standard chicken fillets, ideal for everything from simple midweek meals to marinades, grilling, roasting, and slicing for salads or wraps.

The reality of the chicken market in Scotland, and to a large extent across the UK, is that it has long been heavily influenced by supermarket buying power. Combined with ongoing production and processing challenges, this has created a difficult market for independent butchers for many years. As a result, chicken fillets are very often sourced from Europe, even when customers may assume otherwise.
