Our Highland Cow Denver Steak is cut from Prime Scottish Highland Cattle — one of Scotland’s most iconic and traditional heritage breeds. Slow grown and naturally hardy, Highland cattle are renowned for producing beautifully marbled beef with outstanding depth of flavour.
For our exclusive Heilan Coo range, we dry age the beef as whole carcasses prior to cutting and packing. This traditional method allows the flavour to develop fully while enhancing tenderness and concentrating that unmistakable rich, beefy character.
