Our Rolled Sirloin Roast comes from the Butchers Classic Selection — a range built on sourcing the very finest beef available. For this collection, we work closely with a select group of high-quality meat suppliers across Scotland, the wider UK and Ireland. This extensive and carefully built supply network allows us access to higher volumes of outstanding speciality and rare breed beef all year round.

The only difference between this sirloin and our premium dry-aged offering is the ageing method. These loins are wet aged rather than dry aged. By ageing in this way, we significantly reduce waste — which means we can pass on a much better price to you. The result? A roast that delivers both excellent quality and tremendous value.

Without taking anything away from the incredible depth achieved through our dry-ageing process, the results from this carefully controlled wet ageing are superb. The beef is beautifully tender, well matured, and packed with natural flavour.
