Cut from the vein-end of the sirloin, this steak is made up of two muscles and carries a little more gristle – but that’s exactly where its magic lies. Rich in marbling and bursting with beefy character, it delivers the most flavourful, juicy and succulent eating experience of the whole sirloin.

Bred from Japanese Black Cattle crossed with Black Angus, Mezurashi Mono F1 combines the signature Wagyu marbling with the Angus’ bold savoury depth. The result is a steak that’s both luxurious and full of character, with flavour that lingers long after the last bite.
