Plaice Fillets
Description
One of my favourite fishes, the Plaice. Spending every day possible fishing the Aberdeenshire coast as a child, I was used to catching flat fish of all varieties but the Plaice never seemed to be that big generally. However, every now and again a whopper would come along and we’d cook it up within a few hours of being caught with nothing more than a bit of seasoning and lemon juice. Fantastic!
Each pack contains the upper and under fillet of the fish. The upper fillet has had the dark skin removed too.
