These are rather special Bavette Steaks taken from Freedown Hills Wagyu. This incredible Olive Fed Wagyu from Yorkshire is of tremendous quality that will rival any other. The Bavette has some beautiful marbling intertwined through the soft flavoursome muscle making this one of our favourite cuts ever!
