Within these Burgers we only use completely de-fatted and skinless Chicken Breast meat and a small quantity of our hand blended spices, not to mention a nice touch of Sweet Chilli sauce which ensures the maximum health benefits can be obtained from this wonderfully versatile and meaty product.   • Chicken meat is a great source of Iron, Zinc, vitamin B6 and niacin (vitamin B3), which are both essential for the body's metabolism and energy production while maintaining the immune system and blood sugar maintenance.

Cooking Tips
  • These burgers are great for stuffing Portobello Mushrooms or Sweet Red Peppers. Before roasting, sprinkle with some of your favourite Chilli powder, flakes or flavoured meat coater will give them an extra kick and a bit more attitude!
  • Store fresh Chicken separate from any gravy, stuffings or raw food ready to eat preferably in a sealed container to avoid cross contamination.
  • Be sure to cook your chicken product correctly and try not to over cook as this may have a negative effect on the the finished product.
