Baby Back Ribs – UK

I’m not a great fan of commercially produced UK Baby Back Ribs usually as there’s usually very little meat left on them. However, we listen to our customers and found these which aren’t actually all that bad. I’ve cooked up quite a few now just to convince myself that they’re ok to sell. Personally I wouldn’t recommend a long slow cook with these, the 3-2-1 method we hear all about will just over cook and dry them out. I must admit though, I was pleasantly surprised and the kids loved them.
