Know your cut
Wolffish, otherwise known as Rock Turbot. We have carefully filleted and removed all the bones from these fish. In order to remove all the bones we have to split the fillets lengthways which does make then quite narrow. Each pack may contain several fillets but boy are they good! We like to cut into fingers and bread coat them for the kids, they love them as much as us! This really is an under valued fish!
