Obviously, our professional butchers have had to do their bit first by trimming the steak meat to the desire fat content prior to adding the ground meat to our special seasoning mix and hand crafting the ultimate lean beef steak sausage slice. Only selected cuts, of very high quality beef are used to make this product.
