These never fail… Every time I cook one of these, I find myself asking the question, why would you even bother with anything else? Australian Westholme Wagyu is up there with the best beef and these Wagyu Ribeye Steaks being graded at the top level BMS 8-9 I could eat this all day long, every day! However, as a treat they’re amazing but there is still an argument to be had over the balance of sensations and flavours that we experience with our dry aged heritage alternatives. All beef has different qualities, but what we experience with Westholme Wagyu, I Like… a lot!
