These are top level, Prime graded American Briskets from Cedar Farms. As we’d expect, they’ve got a decent cover of fat and well finished marbling, a bit more than with the Choice grade alternative. Yes there’s a bit of trimming to do on these whole Packer Briskets but that’s American Beef for you and a well marbled Brisket take a bit of beating!

Cedar River Farms Beef is born and raised in the South West United States, where fed a 100% vegetarian diet of grain and forage. The beef is defined by the USDA as minimally processed, with no artificial ingredients and do not receive any added hormones during their lifetime in line with the legal requirement of exporting to the UK.
