Great quality EU Standard Chicken Fillets. Sadly the Scottish and to an extent the UK Chicken market seems to be governed mostly by the supermarkets. This coupled with many production and processing issue across the UK have created a difficult market for the butcher for many years now. More often than not Chicken Fillets are generally coming from Europe and although customers often prefer UK production this is not always what they get. We have always stated where our Chicken comes from. Not always what the customer wants to hear but always the truth!
