Description

This Hanger Steak has got to be one of my favourite Steaks. For best results, cook “Dirty”, directly on the coals of the Barbecue (Only using pure Lumpwood Charcoal) Cook to rare, rest, season and slice diagonally against the grain to produce the most sublime, deepest, meatiest flavoured steak in town. Delicious!
