Now this is an absolutely cracking smoke we’ve got on this special cure Bacon. Using Hickory Wood with a long slow smoke gives us the depth of flavour from the Hickory we’re looking for. Dry curing takes time as does the cold smoking process and pampering each and every piece of bacon goes through to produce this beautiful product.
