Being a fairly chunky, thick Sausage makes the Kielbasa an ideal Hot Smoking Sausage for the serious BBQ’ers out there. We recommend cooking these to temperature to keep the juiciness, then add flavours to bring out the incredible meatiness. When done right these are incredible but they’re not like a regular Sausage!
