Veal Fillet Tails
These Veal Fillet Tails are cracking little pieces of the fillet, from the tail to be precise. After cutting our Fillet Steaks from the main part of the fillet, this leaves us with the tail that we pack and sell separately. These are great for small quick fry steaks, Fondu, Raclette, Stroganoff or any other recipe that requires small pieces of tender Meat.
Sourced from High Welfare, ‘Better Leven’ Certified European Veal. The meat derived from these animals is naturally low in fat, tender and delicately flavoured.
