Description

Our Specially Selected Scotch Beef Picanha’s are all hand selected for quality. We’ve cooked up a few of these now and found them to be pretty darn good. Not a huge amount of marbling but that’s what you expect from grass fed beef, generally lean muscle but wow!, wonderful flavour. Like most Steak cuts, these lend themselves to a quick cook, keeping it rare for best results.

These are great either cut as steaks or equally good when cooked as a whole joint and sliced but remember to rest after cooking. I know it’s hard when your starving but it’s well worth just holding off for 20-30 minutes to allow the meat to rest prior to getting stuck in.
