By request from our large American following all over the UK, we've sourced a batch of these fabulously chunky, mega Short Ribs from Star Ranch, US and they're absolutely HUGE!.. We've cooked a few of these now and completely understand why they're favoured over many others. I'm not so sure they've got the flavours of our UK Grass Fed beef but they've certainly got the succulence and textures spot on!
