The corn based feed ration produces the beautifully marbled beef, thats succulent, tender and full flavoured. The steaks are what we call the ‘Prime Rib’ which is basically a large, thick cut Ribeye Steak that’s not been trimmed of all the fat and left on the bone to enhance the quality of cook and taste.

These Steaks are not for little boys to play with. They’re very thick, cut to aprox 3′ each they making for a superb sharing Steak
