Lamb Chumps are the perfect cut for a quick lamb roast, with the layer of fat left on the top to ensure the meat stays moist whilst cooking, or why not marinade and cook on the BBQ? Most of our Lamb comes from local Scottish producers although we do at times buy from further afield, like when the first 'new season' Spring Lambs become available and Scottish is either in short supply or not up to the standards we require.
