Kosha Mangsho ~ Bengali Lamb Curry Sausage
Our Bengali Curry spiced Lamb Sausage has been developed using local Scottish Lamb as the protein, while taking inspiration from the Angus & Oink Bengali Curry seasoning to bolster the unique flavours of this fabulous sausage. The development required many tastings and we think we’ve cracked it. The flavours are intense, fresh and crisp with tomato, onions and peppers they’re just delicious.
The sausage just isn’t what you expect when you read curry and the creations they lend themselves to are endless. Oh and let me tell you, give them a lick of smoke on the barbie takes them to another world!
