Description

These are really nice but may be better suited to someone with knife skills and maybe a bone saw to turn out some chops from the saddle pr can be roasted whole to give some seriously delicate, tender and tasty pork meat. This may not be a product for the novice but if you’re feeling creative and know how to work your way around the loin bones it is possible to produce something pretty amazing with this cut.
