arrosto di vitello bianco ~ Italian White Veal Roast

I would be surprised if anyone has ever tasted Veal as good as this before! This is absolutely superb veal, finished to an exceptionally high standard. The meat itself is soft and delicately flavoured so works fabulously with simple light seasoning to enhance these flavours. These tidy Veal roasts are a firm favourite at home, the kids absolutely love it! Personally we like them as a Sunday roast alternative to beef, with Roasties and Yorkies of course!
