Delivered at correct day and time in perfect condition.
After defrosting a brief trim and in the pit barrel cooker. Great fat content and marbling. Also made some beef tallow off the trimmings. Cooked and rested. Was a great taste. I got the 6kg. The Group absolutely smashed it, nothing left. I would happily purchase this again.
