These chunks of Carbrito Goat are completely boneless and taken from only the best, main muscles of the Shoulder and Haunch. Mostly defatted to produce a very versatile product without the bones to worry about. Full flavoured and great for slow cooks, stew recipes and curries till the meat is literally falling apart.  A super product, easy to cook and no further trimming needed. Just thaw and get cooking!
