Cabrito Goat Shoulder Riblets, cut from the shoulder ribcage and cut into various 2 bone pieces then blast frozen to lock in the freshness. These are prepared with most of the heavy fat being removed for slow cooks, stew recipes and soup stocks where the meat is cooked till falling off the bone. A very sought after product in some countries and in the right recipe they’re great!
The Cabrito Goat is renowned for its full flavoured meat and interestingly the most widely used meat in the world! Goat isn’t overly popular in the UK probably because it favours a different palate to that of famous British cuisine.
