These are actually very good quality Chicken Legs from the EU. Our usual choice is UK but these come in as alternatives when availability is a problem. They’re equally as good on the barbecue as they are oven baked. What about a slowly baked casserole though? As the legs have more fat and stronger muscles the flavour and juiciness is hard to beat!
