Fajita Inside Skirt is the diaphragm muscle taken from our Freedown Hills brand Wagyu. Each pack contain two cuts of roughly the same size pieces, each of which are great for guess what? Fajita! We often have these pan fried fairly quickly leaving them rare, a good season brings out the lovely deep flavours of this muscle and when cut as thin as possible it’s absolutely beautiful, tender and melt in the mouth.
