Sea Bream Whole Fish
Probably the most recognised fish to be cooked whole. Often pan fried but an absolute winner on the barbecue too! The Bream has soft textured crisp white flesh and with the skin left on which is great when salted and crisped up. – For best results – be sure to scrape away any scales under running cold water if you plan to eat the skin.
