Like our other Top Quality Beef Roasts, we've dry aged our Rolled Sirloin Roast on the bone for a minimum of 28 days until we know the beef has reached it's absolute prime. We then get our Master Butchers to carefully remove it from the bone and roll and tie by hand to produce a deliciously meaty roast perfect for the whole family.
