Chilean Mollendo Wagyu has been our goto Wagyu for many years, they're just one of those producers that never fail. Cooking these Mollendo Wagyu Bavettes to rare over hot coals is our preferred method of cook where this produces a lovely caramelised exterior with beautifully soft and juicy, flavoursome meat within. These are all cut as Steaks rather than whole pieces as we often sell, cut large enough to cook to your likeness and share should you be feeling generous!
