Here we go… for all you guys who asked for smaller portions than the whole Bavettes we previously supplied from Miguel Vergara we fully trimmed some fresh Bavette and steaked them. To be honest, I don’t know why we didn’t do this a long time ago, the meat was an absolute joy to handle with the super intramuscular fat marbling and soft meat. These Bavette steaks from pure Angus beef are quite simply, absolutely stunning.
