We’re great believers in “Nose to Tail” Butchery and these Beef Cheeks are a perfect example of why. Packed full of deep, meaty flavour, these great value Ox Cheeks are meltingly tender after a few hours of slow cooking – so tender, in fact, you could cut them with a spoon!

Perfect for beef cheek birria tacos. Seasoned with salt and pepper and smoked for a few hours before adding to the birria for a few more hours. Finished on a griddle and fed 15 people with 2 x 800g packs.
