First time trying this Prime Rib Heilan Coo and I am totally blown away.
After dry brining this overnight it was seasoned with my own rub and Sous Vide at 135F for 3 hours with a seared finish over blazing hot charcoal on the BBQ.
This literally melted in the mouth, bursting with natural beefiness and juiciness with the group of us that shared it agreeing it is one of the best cuts we’ve tasted. Love the fact that JD are selling a Prime Rib cut and would love to see more Prime Rib Steaks for sale.
This Heilan Coo Prime Rib is now my go to sharing steak.
