The Picanha Steak is derived from thick slices of the Picanha muscle we’re selling here, also known as Punta de Ganso or rump cap. The muscle is equally as good cooked as a whole piece or sliced into thick chunky steaks and skewered in the traditional way to cook Asado style. These Picanha’s are from the most incredible Mollendo Chilean Wagyu who are renowned for their quality. This is, the Real McCoy and simply put.. absolutely superb!
