It’s not often we can pull together enough UK produced Pork Collars to get them online but we always try and this time we’ve succeeded. They look pretty good and it’s nice to offer something from a bit closer to home.
These are a tremendous product for hot smoking when you don’t want to cook an enormous Boston Butt… Oh and if you’re partial to… or not tried Collar Bacon then this is the ‘Mutts Nuts’, you’ll love it! Grab yourself a dry curing kit and go for it!
