Description
No frills here, just normal EU standard Spare Ribs. Although ‘Standard’ and a product we don’t normally go for – preferring to stick to meatier options, these are still pretty good. Being what they are they’re priced accordingly. I’m not sure it’s required or even if they’ll stand up to the 3-2-1 method like the St Louis ribs and suchlike, but they’re quite large and actually great value.
Perfect as part of a barbecue feed that includes other fine produce – these will cook quickly and take on flavour very well.
