I bought couple of those Brisquetta’s Black Angus and I cooked one of them today and it turned out really good.
I cooked it on my NWFG low smoke and grill a few hours then wrapped in butchers paper upped the heat up for a bit for another hour. It was the best thing I’ve ever cooked beats supermarket brisket any day
