Round Steak is a deliciously tasty and lean cut that is ideal for either braising or stewing. You can cut this into fine slithers to make a stir-fry or beef stroganoff too. Our home favourite is to cut the slices down a bit a casserole with vegetables and mushrooms, cooking till the meat is tender and falling apart… It’s great!
