With a choice selection of fresh herbs, scallion and spices the mix is wonderful and specifically produced to match the enhancement of woodsmoke. It’s a right beauty this one, rich and punchy.
Please be aware: This product is made with wild, locally shot Duck. Although every care is taken to find any shot pellets in the meat, these are very small and can be missed. It is possible and quite normal to find shot pellets within these sausages so please be careful when eating and discard any found.
